Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team. Additionally, you will handle cash management, including reconciling registers and preparing deposits. Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the convenience store Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Train and supervise store staff Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized store environment Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Conduct regular performance evaluations of employees Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail or convenience store management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Familiarity with safety and security procedures Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
