We are looking for an Assistant FOH Manager to operate our restaurant on a day to day basis. The right candidate should be extremely organized and have experience in hiring and training FOH staff, reinforcing an exceptional climate of integrity, hospitality within the restaurant. The Assistant FOH Manager will lead by example and collaborate with senior management to implement restaurant best practices to further enhance the overall guest experience and restaurant sales. As a front line manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting front of house staff. This will include keeping track of inventory, managing schedules, and ensuring side work is accomplished on a regular basis.
Requirements:
You know the business. You have two plus years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience. You are a team player. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your Team. You champion your team and ensure that they have all the tools to be successful.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of Front of House department Adherence to brand standards and operational procedures Adherence to all Federal, State, and Local guidelines Integrates all company initiatives and emphasizes with applicable staff Hiring and staffing the restaurant to meet established staffing pars Follow-up on corrective action where necessary
  • Must be able to work the weekends
