Job Description
The Site Manager serves as the senior on-site authority responsible for the execution, management, and oversight of all Information Technology (IT) support services. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, secure, and compliant IT services across enterprise systems, training environments, and classroom technologies. The Site Manager is a mission-critical leadership role accountable for operational performance, customer satisfaction, personnel management, and compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), and contractual requirements. This position combines technical authority, operational management, and customer engagement to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant IT support. Duties and Responsibilities Perform contract & Operational Management Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between the Government (COR) and the Contractor. Exercise full authority over day-to-day contract operations and service delivery. Ensure all services meet timeliness, completeness, and quality standards. Manage workload distribution, staffing, and resource allocation across all IT functional areas. Coordinate all IT service requests through the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) system. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure seamless integration of services. Provide Technical Oversight & IT Service Delivery Systems and server administration Network and client support Digital training systems (e.g., GCSS-A, Mission Command systems) Classroom IT infrastructure and private networks Web and SharePoint services Ensure availability and performance of IT assets including servers, endpoints, and network systems. Oversee incident response timelines IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensure compliance with configuration management, patching, cybersecurity, and IA requirements. Personnel Leadership & Workforce Management Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary IT workforce (System Admins, Client Support, Digital Trainers, Web Developers). Ensure workforce qualifications remain current (certifications, clearances, training). Maintain staffing continuity and operational readiness. Enforce professional standards, customer service, and workplace conduct. Provide mentorship, performance management, and corrective action as needed. Quality Control & Compliance Implement and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP). Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with all PWS requirements. Identify, document, and correct deficiencies; implement preventive actions. Ensure compliance with associated regulations and security/training requirements. Maintain documentation, reports, and records for the life of the contract. Security & Risk Management Ensure all personnel maintain required Secret clearance eligibility. Customer Engagement & Communication Interface with Government leadership, staff, and end users to ensure mission success. Provide status updates, briefings, and performance reports. Attend and lead meetings, reviews, and technical discussions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Qualifications Experience managing enterprise IT environments, including: Systems and network administration Helpdesk/service desk operations Cybersecurity and compliance Active Secret Clearance (Interim Secret will be considered) Active Security+ Certification or equivalent Education An BS degree in Information Technology is desired.

Position contingent on contract win.Physical Requirements:
Employees must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time. They should be able to use their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, as well as reach with their hands and arms. Excellent visual acuity and hearing required. Employees must be capable of working on a desktop or laptop computer for long durations. Must be physically able and comfortable working at heights (catwalks, lifts, etc.), in dimly lit venues, and around restricted/tight spaces when necessary. Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (up to 20 pounds). Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
