POSITION SUMMARY:
Sales Manager•Assisted Living The Sales Manager is responsible for the central intake of new leads for assigned community. This role is focused on creating a high-quality customer experience for seniors and their families with values, sales tools, and sales training. The Sales Manager schedules community visits from leads and works to maintain and improve lead-to-tour conversion that drives occupancy and census growth.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Sales Manager•
Assisted Living Education:
Bachelors Degree Preferred/ Associate Degree, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
3+ years of proven success in sales with a documented record of meeting quotas or metrics, selling solutions to consumers or businesses.
Language:
English proficiency required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to all leads within 30 minutes or less by phone and complete necessary follow-up. Clearly communicate with community teams about scheduled visits and lead interactions. Understand family needs and refer to appropriate communities as needed. Demonstrate knowledge of community offerings, resident requirements, and the move-in process. Manage all new, pre-tour leads for the first 10 days in accordance with the Community Sales Plan. Consistently meet or exceed move-in goals and census targets. Develop and grow unpaid referral sources. Create and implement outreach programs for each community. Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, families, and residents. Manage decline and notification of duplicate leads on behalf of the community in accordance with contractual requirements (paid referral sources). Maintain strong knowledge of community events, staff, key personnel, and resident ambassadors. Travel up to one week per quarter for community training and experience. Perform other duties as assigned.
