5:00pm•7:00pm Ask to see the Venue Manager Billy Beez is the ultimate indoor play park for kids and kids-at-heart! Our25,000•sq. ft. play parks offer a variety of features and activities. From slides to sports courts, tunnels to towers, ball blasters to bouncy trampolines, adventure is always right around the corner at Billy Beez. As Assistant Venue and Admissions Manager , you will work closely with venue manager and area manager and will be responsible for effectively overseeing and managing the admissions and customer service procedures aspect of the park•in line with our Mission Statement to provide a safe, secure, clean and fun environment for all ages.
Key responsibilities:
Admission Procedure:
Executing and supervising the brand's admission procedure from customer registration through transactional accuracy to gate security. o
Transactional:
Client registration etc o
Product:
Up to date knowledge on new Products, Prices, Packages and Offers o
Sales Performance:
delivery of Daily and Weekly sales goals o
Gate Security:
enforcement of Brand Standard Entry and Exit gate procedures o
Cash Handling:
Banking, Shift change, Cashing up, End of Day procedure
Customer Service:
Monitoring front desk interactions and ensuring that guests experience professional and high standard customer service in all situations.
Operational Compliance:
Ensuring that all actions and decisions are in compliance with Billy Beez's Standard Operating Procedure, Employee Handbook and Mission Statement.
Guest Experience:
Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the brand's cleanliness, security, and safety related programs, procedures and policies.
Team Leadership:
Evaluates team members' knowledge and educates them on work related policies and procedures
Direct Reports:
Overseeing all Billy Beez employees with direct department responsibilities over the Cashiers and Gate Attendants. Job Requirements Experience in key holder or supervisory position Experience in staff training and team leadership Experience in cash handling and front desk Experience in operational compliance management Experience in customer service management Must be 18 years of age or older
Availability Requirements :
Must have open availability Must be able to work during weekends and holidays Shifts are assigned as per business need
