Requirements:
  • Experience as a Key Holder .
Proven ability to handle cash, operate a POS and front desk responsibilities . Excellent customer service skills . Must be able to communicate effectively while being polite and courteous . Must have good understanding of basic math and be able to use a computer . Ability to function well in a high-paced, family oriented and at times stressful environment . Experience in opening and closing procedures . Must be detailed oriented and be able to work as part of a team whilst following instructions . Professionally greeting and checking in customers to the park . Handling high volume of transactions on a daily basis in cash / credit . Familiarize oneself with new Products, Prices, Packages and Offers . Ensuring correct pricing before executing transaction to prevent refunds . Enforcement of Brand Standard Entry and Exit gate procedures . Cross-selling and up-selling products . Balancing cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift . Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the Brand's cleanliness, security, and safety related programme . Opening and closing the location in line with standard operating procedures
