Core Values Innovation, Respect, Integrity, Learning, Teamwork, Commitment Position Summary To provide supervision and training to associates in the performance of janitorial/housekeeping duties at designated work sites. Essential Duties (Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.) 1. Responsible for ensuring that all daily and periodic tasks are completed as scheduled and according to specified quality standards. 2. Participates in daily conferences with contract personnel to ascertain problems/ concerns, reach decisions regarding appropriate solutions, and maintains a high level of satisfaction in terms of quality service and effective communication. 3. Ensures all necessary paperwork is completed, including quality inspections, time keeping, notes for supervisors, etc. 4. Monitors the use of supplies and equipment. Requests additional supplies as needed using a 'just in time' inventory system. Supervisory Responsibilities The associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department. Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 Years' experience in a related field preferred.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.
• Valid state driver's license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record are required.
• The associate in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Additionally, must be able to pass a federal background check as required. Managers have the added responsibility to ensure the compliance of their team members. Information Privacy and Security This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI. Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions

• The associate is required to lift up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• The associate works in a moderate work environment with occasional exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
• May be required to work at multiple designated work sites or may be reassigned as needed to other contract sites.
• The associate may be required to provide assistance with snow removal.
• The associate must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
