What You'll Be Doing:

Running in-home appointments with homeowners and closing high-ticket solar deals through a proven consultative process Working both your own self-generated pipeline and qualified company-set appointments with strong support behind you Selling in a market built on trust, where the focus is doing right by customers while driving serious production Earning in a performance model designed for elite producers, with realistic income potential of $150K•500K+ annually
