In this role, you will play a key part in driving store success by supervising daily operations, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates through effective training, coaching, and performance management Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels Support sales management activities including setting sales goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing promotional strategies Maintain accurate cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping records Supervise shift management to ensure proper staffing levels and operational continuity during business hours Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team effectively Excellent communication skills Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail software applications Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store financials Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as supervising sales activities, managing stock levels, and overseeing store operations simultaneously Join us as here at Versona where your leadership will inspire teams to excel while creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
