Position Summary Nexhaul Trailers is looking for a Weld Shop Supervisor to lead our Weld Shop in Rocky Mount, VA. This is a hands on leadership position that requires welding and supervison experience. The supervisor will help guide the team, keep production moving, make sure trailers are built correctly, and ensure everyone is working safely. This person must be willing to work alongside the team while also holding employees accountable for doing their jobs the right way. Job Responsibilities Supervise daily work on the weld production line Lead and support a team of production employees Work alongside employees while maintaining leadership Make sure safety rules are followed at all times Ensure trailers are built correctly and meet quality standards Help the team meet production goals Identify problems and help solve them quickly Enforce company rules, attendance, and work expectations Required Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable and self motivated Attention to detail Good attendance and punctuality Must follow all safety requirements Must pass a drug screen Schedule Monday through Thursday 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM Occasional Friday half day may be required, but not common.
