The Role:
Join our Leadership Team As the Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will act as the Store Manager's right hand in setting the tone for the customer experience. You'll serve as a cultural ambassador and role model for the team, bringing our four Core Values—Customer Centricity, Teamwork and Support, Intentionality and Excellence, and Kindness and Inclusivity—to life every shift. While you will support overall operations, your primary focus will be on floor leadership, team inspiration, and helping lead store initiatives that elevate our brand.
What You'll Do:
Lead the
Experience:
Engage with customers on the floor, celebrating wins, resolving friction, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Coach and Inspire the
Team:
Support the Store Manager in onboarding and training Associates. You will help them grow their confidence and skills through ongoing mentorship, positive reinforcement, and leading by example.
Champion Store Initiatives:
Take ownership of specialized projects to improve the store—whether that means finding fresh ways to merchandise, enhancing the customer journey, or streamlining daily workflows.
Drive Daily Operations:
Assist the Store Manager with inventory management, opening/closing duties, and keeping the floor running smoothly day-to-day.
Support Promotions and Events:
Help execute in-store events and social content, testing ideas and iterating quickly alongside the team. This is a highly hands-on leadership role. You'll spend most of your time on the floor helping customers play, guiding Associates, and keeping the energy high.

The Essentials:
Flexible Availability:
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for this role. Regardless of your track, this position requires flexible availability. You must be willing and able to work a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends (Fridays-Sundays), and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
Physicality:
Ability to move about the store for extended shifts (4-9+ hours), lift/stock up to 40 lbs, and troubleshoot machines.
Age Requirement:
18+ years of age.
Employment Status:
Non-exempt, hourly position eligible for overtime. How to Join the
