The Role As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the right-hand to our Store Manager, helping steer the team to greatness. What You'll Do Motivate, coach, and inspire the team to smash KPIs, sales targets, and profits. You'll make sure we're always ahead of the curve. Lead by example on the floor, coaching your team to be just as passionate and hands-on as you are Cultivate an environment where the customer experience always comes first ensuring the team's product knowledge is sharp, promotions are on point, and feedback (like FEEFO) is constantly improving our service Be the driving force behind new business growth and execute corporate strategy with enthusiasm Keep a close eye on the numbers, managing costs and staying within budgets, while also maintaining our high standards of store appearance and stock control. Recognize and celebrate outstanding team performance and boost morale through platforms like The LINK Lead with heart by championing colleague engagement, focusing on improving retention and ensuring your team stays motivated and connected
