Store Manager

• Tire & Service Center located in Verona, VA.

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our tire and service center in Verona, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial tire industry and possess a strong ability to manage operations, drive sales and lead a team in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the overall commercial health and performance of the store Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers Meet or exceed company sales and profit goals Oversee store appearance, equipment, and facility maintenance Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate store personnel Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards Address performance issues and administer disciplinary actions when necessary Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or company events Ahere to Rice Tire's core values

Minimum Qualifications:

Commercial tire industry experience Previous leadership experience or management experience Strong sales, operational, organizational and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Acceptable pre-employment drug screening and background check

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with fleet accounts, service trucks or government fleet contracts P&L and budgeting experience

Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday through Fridays.

Pay Range:

Total annual compensation $100,000

• $120,000 Base salary: $80,000
• $90,000 annually Commission/Bonuses $20,000
• $30,000 annually
