What Winning Looks Like:
Deliver world-class customer experiences from first contact to final delivery Maintain above average CXI scores Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles using a proven sales process Guide customers through test rides, financing steps, and ownership education Build long-term relationships with riders and the Harley-Davidson community Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Coordinate motorcycle deliveries and ensure units are clean, prepped, and ready Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up throughout the sales process Collaborate with Finance, Service, Parts, and MotorClothes teams to drive results Continuously train and improve your sales, product, and customer experience skills
Who You Are:
Enthusiastic, coachable, and team-oriented Passionate about Harley-Davidson and helping riders find their dream motorcycle Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, structured sales environment Sales experience preferred (motorcycle or automotive experience a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid motorcycle endorsement with a clean driving record Interested in building a long-term career—not just a job Ability to pass drug/background screen and obtain VA sales license
