Job Description

Do you know the difference between "showing up for a job" and "taking ownership of something?" We're looking for the kind of person who notices the trash can is full and empties it without being asked. The kind of person who remembers a regular customer's favorite popcorn flavor. The kind of person who can chat with customers, make a dirty soda, package popcorn, answer the phone, and still keep things running smoothly. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
