Store Manager - In Training

We're looking for our next operator. Tito's Taqueria is a fast casual Mexican restaurant with three New England locations — and we're growing. We don't hire managers to fill a shift. We hire leaders who want to run something. The Store Manager in Training role is for someone who is ready to operate a restaurant at the highest level and wants a real path to doing it on their own terms. We're building a bench of operator-ready leaders. When a new store opens or a spot becomes available, we want you to be the obvious answer. What you'll do Run shifts like it's your store — because someday it might be. Lead a team, hold standards, and own the results. Manage food cost, labor, and guest experience to real targets. Cover store manager responsibilities across locations as needed. Help build the operational systems Tito's runs on. What we're offering A direct path to our Store Owner-Operator (SOO) model — where top performers earn upwards of $150K through a profit-sharing structure. Competitive salary starting at $60,000, based on experience. Quarterly bonus eligibility after 90 days. Two weeks paid vacation. 401(k) with company match. Monthly cell phone stipend. What you bring 2+ years of restaurant experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Ability to lead a team, read a labor report, and make decisions under pressure.
