We are looking for a motivated, dependable Co-Manager who is passionate about customer service, leadership, and helping create an exceptional retail experience. This is a full-time hourly position requiring open availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. What You'll Do Help lead day-to-day store operations and support overall store performance Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience Support hiring, training, coaching, and motivating team members Assist with scheduling, delegation, and daily task management Maintain visual merchandising standards and store organization Monitor inventory, restocking, and operational efficiency Support sales goals and help drive business results Lead by example through professionalism, communication, and teamwork Step into leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Leads with positivity, accountability, and integrity Enjoys working with people and creating a strong team culture Is action-oriented and comfortable taking initiative Communicates clearly and professionally Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment Is adaptable, dependable, and solution-focused Embraces growth, learning, and new challenges Previous retail leadership or management experience is preferred.
