Multiple U.S. Host Cities About Us World Caps is a fast-growing apparel brand specializing in country-inspired cowboy hats and fan merchandise. During the FIFA World Cup 2026, we will be operating merchandise booths at watch parties, fan zones, and other high-traffic event locations across the United States. We are looking for energetic and motivated Event Managers to help lead our sales operations during one of the largest sporting events in the world. Responsibilities Manage daily operations at assigned merchandise locations Lead and supervise sales associates and booth staff Set up and break down displays, inventory, and sales equipment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking Track sales performance and submit daily reports Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation Maintain organization, cleanliness, and security of merchandise Assist with problem-solving and operational decisions during events Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Ability to manage a small team and motivate staff Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise/display materials Available to work evenings, weekends, and tournament dates Previous experience in retail, sales, events, hospitality, or team leadership is preferred but not required Compensation $500 guaranteed compensation during the tournament Additional performance-based bonuses tied to sales and operational goals High-performing managers can earn $1,000-$2,000+ during the tournament Opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing live event operations Why Join World Caps?
