What we expect from you As a Store manager, you are an integral part of the Inditex image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity Overview all operational and administrative tasks Motivate, encourage and inspire your team Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store Be an ambassador for our company's sustainability strategy What we offer: Annual compensation range: $77,000 - $90,000 + discretionary annual bonus •Zara, in good faith, believes that this posted rate of compensation is the accurate range for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
