Job DescriptionPosition Summary Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking motivated, dependable, and leadership-driven Assistant Managers to help oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading a team, multitasking, and taking ownership of their shifts, with strong opportunities to grow into General Manager and franchise leadership roles.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food qualitySupervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced settingManage cash handling, inventory control, and cost managementHandle customer concerns professionally and efficientlyEnsure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all timesAssist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed

Compensation & PerksHourly Pay:
