Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to foster a high-performing team environment Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries or concerns promptly Help manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an attractive shopping environment Coordinate team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet sales goals and operational standards Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, motivate staff, and promote a positive store culture Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines at all times Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new skills and taking on leadership responsibilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of retail operations; prior experience is not required as full training will be provided Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Proactive attitude with a desire to grow professionally within the retail industry Embark on an energetic career path with us!
