Our mission is to blend aesthetics with practicality to enhance your living spaces. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Seattle, WA. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, including team management, customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets. This role will also focus on training and motivating team members, maintaining the store's aesthetic standards, and creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for customers. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving store success and representing Aldea Home & Baby's brand values. Qualifications Retail management experience, including team supervision and ability to lead and inspire a team Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and delivering an exceptional shopping experience Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management techniques Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic budgeting or sales tracking tools Passion for design, home decor, and baby products is a plus Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not required
