In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems across diverse landscape projects. Your expertise will ensure lush, healthy landscapes while optimizing water efficiency and sustainability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in landscaping operations, mentor team members, and contribute to the beautification of our clients' outdoor spaces. Duties Lead and manage the landscape irrigation department, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems Coordinate with Asset Managers to develop irrigation plans that meet landscape design specifications and environmental requirements Supervise team members Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems and landscapes to identify issues early and implement effective solutions Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment usage, and service logs for accountability and continuous improvement Stay updated on industry best practices related to horticulture, water conservation, and landscape technology Skills Strong knowledge related to irrigation systems and equipment Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting irrigation issues quickly and efficiently Ability to read technical drawings, plans, and specifications for landscape projects Knowledge of environmental regulations related to water use and sustainable landscaping practices Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members Benefits Company vehicle Company equipment/technology Health/Dental/Vision insurance options Certification/training/tuition reimbursement
