• Promote and support the high quality of Beck's Shoes brand image through professional selling
• Measure and fit customers properly
• Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications
• Maintain outstanding store standards and visual merchandising guidelines
• Thrives in an environment that rewards for delivering world-class service and delighting our customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts
