Job Description
Lead Retail Associate We're looking for a Lead Retail Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can help lead by example on the sales floor. People Skills Are a Must Our customers are the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who naturally engages with people, starts conversations, offers assistance before being asked, and creates a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door. If you'd rather stay behind the counter or focus only on tasks, this probably isn't the right fit. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of retail experience Previous leadership, supervisory, keyholder, or management experience Exceptional customer service and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and task management skills Able to take direction well and execute consistently Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision Reliable, accountable, and professional Comfortable leading by example and supporting other team members Responsibilities Actively engage with customers throughout every shift Create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience Lead by example on the sales floor Support merchandising and inventory maintenance Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing Complete daily operational tasks accurately and thoroughly Help train and support team members Identify areas that need attention and take initiative to address them The Ideal Candidate You're the kind of person who notices when a shelf needs attention, when a customer looks lost, or when something isn't quite right. You don't wait around to be told what to do next. You enjoy talking with people, take pride in the details, and understand that great retail isn't just about ringing up sales—it's about creating an experience. We're looking for someone who can balance customer connection, leadership, organization, and initiative while helping our team maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.
