We're hiring one closer to run appointments our setters have already booked — inspect the roof, tell the homeowner the truth, and close on the honest answer. Experienced only. We're not here to train you. The commission is high on purpose. It's built to pay people who already sell roofs — not to teach someone who's never sat in a living room.
