Job Description

A well-established automotive service and retail operation is seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily business activities, develop employees, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, including team management, automotive service management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, financial results, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities of Role:
Direct and oversee daily automotive store operations Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and stock control Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives Develop, coach, and motivate team members to meet operational and customer service standards Recruit, onboard, and train new employees Conduct performance evaluations and address employee relations matters as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations Review financial reports, control expenses, and maintain profitability targets Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding products, equipment, and service needs Maintain accurate payroll, personnel, and operational records Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment Assist customers and support business development initiatives as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum two years of leadership or management experience Industry experience in sales, service, retail, automotive, transportation, or a related field preferred Valid driver's license with ability to meet company driving standards Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and business partners Proficiency with computer systems and business software Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move heavier items with assistance Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a results-driven automotive leader who can balance customer service, employee development, and business performance. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
