Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated Gas Station Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Arco Gas Station (AM PM Mini Mart). The ideal candidate is a true "go-getter" who can manage staff schedules, oversee store functions, and handle operational tasks with minimal supervision. This person will be hands-on, capable of troubleshooting issues, completing repairs, and taking initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage and coordinate daily store operations and staff schedules Step in as needed to fill shifts or perform duties Conduct regular safety and maintenance inspections of the store, pumps, and equipment Perform handy tasks and minor repairs as required Train, mentor, and motivate team members to excel in their roles Handle daily paperwork, inventory, and administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment Quickly resolve customer concerns and operational issues Enforce safety procedures and company policies Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative Lead opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail, convenience stores, or gas station management preferred A self-starter with a resourceful mindset and strong problem-solving skills Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities Hands-on ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment Strong communication skills and a motivational leadership style Reliable, responsible, and punctual Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
