Position Overview:

The Ticketing Manager is the go to person for all ticketing, season passes, and customer services questions. This position is directly involved with developing solutions for the overall improvement of ticket and pass sales systems and operating procedures. This individual will also oversee our small retail shop and be responsible for inventory, preventing theft, and maintaining the look and availability of pro shop items (Crystal Ridge apparel, hats, socks, helmets, etc). This position requires working at least 4 days a week including weekends, holidays and evenings during winter operations (Nov. 1 - Mid March). This manager is responsible for training and scheduling a staff of 10-20 people that are all experts on our products and offerings. A high level of customer service and communication skills are a must. This manager will be able to troubleshoot on the fly, understand our business and products and support growing ticket and pass sales. This position does not require previous skiing or snowboarding experience, however you will need to understand the basics and how our ski hill operates and the different aspects of the sport. The Ticketing manager also assists with inside operations of The Lodge such as overall cleanliness and opening/closing tasks. This position works very closely with the General Manager and Office Manager and Food & Beverage Manager. This is a full time, seasonal position. Work typically begins late October and ends mid March. The manager is expected to be on site before, during and sometimes after operating hours. Nights and weekends are required. Possible off season work available with our growing summer business.
