Store Manager is responsible for talent management, managing COGS/Labor costs, and weekly ordering of supplies, schedules, training new talent, making sure brand standards are upheld, and creating a positive and fun store culture!

Requirements:

3 years experience in a manager role Preferred Barista experience Ability to provide consistent and effective leadership Ability to provide effective accountability to a team Problem solving using analytical, creative and critical thinking skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Proven leadership skills to motivate, train, and develop team members Exceptional interpersonal skills and an active listener Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth in operations Flexibility to adapt to change in operations Team oriented mindset Coachable and always striving to improve Self-motivated and self-starter with ability to work independently Positive attitude with high energy
