Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates through effective training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and product displays to attract customers and boost sales. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and store policies at all times. Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels using retail math principles, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries. Handle customer inquiries with excellent service skills while resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Skills Proven experience in retail management or grocery store operations with a focus on produce or perishables. Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail setting. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases. Skilled in employee training & development, and supervising staff effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control, pricing strategies, and store presentation.
