High Ticket Sales Closer - Leads Provided ($100k - $200k+)

We specialize in high-ticket Windows, Doors, Siding, and Baths, with average sales between $15,000 and $20,000 . The Role This is a high-stakes, high-reward "one-sit" sales environment. If you've ever sold high-ticket items in the home, you know the drill: You get one shot to build value, handle every objection, and secure the contract.

Commission :

10% flat ($1,500 - $2,000 per average deal).

The Training :

2 weeks of intensive boarding. You're running appointments by week 2 and full throttle by week 3.

The Movement :

You'll use your personal vehicle to reach appointments. We provide the leads; you provide the drive. Who You Are We aren't looking for tech or insurance reps who are used to long sales cycles and "thinking it over." We want the "Special Forces" of sales. In-Home Specialists :

Experience in Hot Tubs, Pools, Roofs, Gutters, Solar, or HVAC. The "Grinders" : High-success background in door-to-door (D2D) canvassing, Alarm systems, or Pest Control sales. The "Natural" : You are suave, high-energy, and completely unfazed by rejection. You understand the statistics of sales and keep your spirits high regardless of the last house. Instinct :

You know how to ask for the money without being "salesy." You are diligent, you build the "today" price naturally, and you don't rush the process—but you don't leave without an answer.

Reliable Transportation :

You must have a personal vehicle for travel.
