Pay Range:

$24.66 to $36.99 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. We're looking for a detail‑driven Retail Accounting Supervisor to ensure accurate store financial reporting and lead a team of Retail Accounting Coordinators. This role focuses on auditing sales, expenses, inventory, and cash management while supporting store teams and developing staff. What You'll Do Financial Review & Auditing Perform detailed analysis and investigation of cash variances to ensure accurate reporting of cash variances Review reports for accurate sales, expenses, inventory, and cash over/short. Reconcile bank accounts, lottery, money orders, food delivery, and other GL accounts. Analyze and review reports of missing sales or incorrectly rang up sales and correct as needed Store Support Communicate procedure updates and request missing information from stores. Answer store questions and research paperwork issues. Maintain contact with the retail locations on any changes made to paperwork. Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and train team members. Support complex research on cash. Set goals, track progress, and provide performance feedback. Create and deliver training materials. Collaborate with other departments on process improvements and troubleshooting. Develop procedures and reporting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in retail, inventory, customer service, or supervision. Knowledge of retail inventory and cash management processes. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to prioritize, adapt, maintain confidentiality, and work as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Comfortable with navigating multiple technology platforms Ability to learn new technology platforms as needed (example: new POS system) Knowledge and ability to use a personal computer Ability to adapt to change Ability to analyze store data and provide feedback Proficient typing and 10 key skills Possess a valid driver's license Work schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
