Job Description

Molded Dimensions is seeking a motivated and experienced Working Lead to join our 3rd shift team . This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about developing team members while maintaining high standards in quality and productivity. 3rd shift hours: 9pm - 5am (Lead position hours vary to start up shift Sunday nights) Position Summary The Working Lead is responsible for supporting daily production operations while providing leadership and guidance to team members. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on production support, including mold setup and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership on the production floor during 3rd shift Schedule employees to meet daily production needs Train new employees and support ongoing skill development Coach team members on improving efficiency, reducing scrap, and enhancing quality Provide regular feedback to employees on performance Assist with mold setups and changeovers Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards Qualifications Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Injection molding experience or a strong understanding of manufacturing operations Strong communication and coaching skills Excellent attendance and reliability Basic computer skills, including the ability to work within IQMS and other systems Ability to become forklift certified What We Offer Competitive pay to include $2.00/hr shift premium for 3rd shift Weekly paychecks Opportunities for growth and advancement Team-oriented work environment Training and development opportunities You should be proficient in: Leadership / People Management Injection Molding Experience
