Specific Duties Include:
  • Management of the
Whitefish Bay Breadsmith Store:
Scheduling, Administration, Purchasing/Receiving, Marketing, Sales Development, Training of all retail shifts, Payroll/Accounting, Retail Shift Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 days per week (A typical schedule includes some store opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts as need.)
  • 40-45 hours per week
  • On call responsibility to all store staff members regarding store issues
  • Responsible for all ensuring proper cash handling, including accountability for cash surpluses/shortages.
  • Responsible for coordinating and interviewing all new hires, for all positions.
  • Assist Breadsmith Franchising personnel with management training during in-store sessions
  • Cooperation with our Research and Development team on testing and training for new products
  • Coordination with Marketing Department on all marketing related initiatives
  • Attend meetings and planning sessions
  • Assist with wholesale account relations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Prior Retail/ Customer Service Training Experience and/or Food Service Training Experience
  • Prior Retail/ Customer Service Management Experience and/or Food Service Management Experience
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Local travel with position
  • Some lifting associated with production activities required (Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly during a standard shift)
  • Must have a valid drivers license
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $18 per hour + tips
  • 75% Paid Comprehensive Health Benefits
  • One week paid vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks paid vacation after 2nd year.
