NAPA Auto Parts- Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. owns and operates 14 NAPA Auto Parts Stores in Northern and North Central WV. We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations. They will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers, and supervising staff, all while ensuring excellent customer service.

Pay Rate:

$16.50 Responsibilities Assist customers with finding the right parts, provide product knowledge, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Know the importance of partnering with your teammates to drive company owned store initiatives Inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues Willingness to dive in and work in all aspects of each department Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room and outside areas Adhere to all company policies and procedures Other tasks as assigned Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Excellent customer service skills Previous experience in an auto parts store or automotive industry or hobby/DIY world preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers Benefits Eligible for monthly bonus Weekly payroll Optional Earned Wage Access (work today, get paid tomorrow!)
