We specialize in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. We assist in determining the right plan options to meet our clients financial, health, and lifestyle needs. Our company's mission is to provide education, service, and care for our community. As a Sales Agent with Elite Insurance in Mobile, AL, you'll help Seniors choose and enroll in Medicare plans that fit their needs. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role with all leads provided, paid training, and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses. Day Workweek :

Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts) Every Friday-Sunday Off — enjoy long weekends every week Paid Training Company-Paid Insurance Licensing & Study Materials What You'll Do Contact clients to assess needs and provide plan recommendations Handle inbound and outbound phone calls Quote, present, and close sales Enroll clients online and guide them through the process Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals Deliver a positive, professional customer experience All leads are provided — you focus on selling, not sourcing.
