Job Description

Sales Support Administrative Assistant Our client, a growing and well-established company in North Scottsdale, is seeking a Sales Support Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and professional administrative professional who enjoys supporting sales operations, interacting with customers, and contributing to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive personality, and a goal-oriented mindset. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sales leadership and play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is paying $24/hr. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the sales team and management Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales-related documentation Process customer orders and maintain accurate records Manage customer communications via phone and email Update and maintain CRM and customer databases Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars as needed Generate reports and assist with tracking sales activity Assist with trade show planning, logistics, and preparation Maintain organized filing systems and documentation Support special projects and general office operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of administrative support, sales support, customer service, or related office experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience working with CRM systems is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Interested? Pay Details:
