As an AT&T Sales Assistant , you will represent AT&T wireless products and services through in-person customer interactions while helping drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Assistant Engage directly with customers in a professional, in-person setting Present AT&T wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and promotional offers with confidence and clarity Assist customers by identifying wireless solutions that best fit their needs and lifestyle Generate new customer interest and support daily customer acquisition goals Maintain strong product knowledge of AT&T services, promotions, and wireless technology Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance targets Support a positive, high-energy environment focused on growth and customer satisfaction Utilize bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) when assisting a diverse customer base Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Assistant Role Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person sales environment Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and competitive mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and willingness to learn new sales techniques Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required Start your career as an AT&T Sales Assistant and become part of a team that values growth, customer relationships, and professional success.
