With a close-knit office environment of just three team members, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting each other across all aspects of the business. We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded administrative professional who also has strong customer service and sales support experience. The selected candidate will begin as soon as possible in May. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the office and sales team Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Respond to a high volume of emails in a timely and professional manner Answer incoming calls and follow established scripts when assisting clients Support sales processes, including order entry and client follow-up Open and distribute incoming mail and handle general office tasks Learn and utilize company software (Alert CRM and rental industry systems) Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times Qualifications Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales administration Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable handling frequent phone interactions with customers Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to multitask and thrive in a small office environment Quick learner with strong attention to detail Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus This is a temporary position expected to run through November, with the potential for flexibility based on business needs Why Join Us?
