The Entry Level Sales Agent will show our customers how to keep their current phone while switching to a more affordable mobile solution. You'll check eligibility, explain our wireless service, and turn hesitation into sales. As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you'll begin with hands-on sales training to master the art of introducing affordable mobile solutions to our customers through in-person consultations. Your sales skills will grow as you help our customers discover cell phone and data plans that fit their needs, turning each sales conversation into a chance to learn and connect. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Agent Start sales conversations with our customers to learn about their mobile needs and introduce affordable wireless solutions that support essential communication.
Recognize common connectivity issues:
slow speeds, limited data, high bills, and recommend accessible wireless plans that address those concerns. Break down affordable wireless features into clear, everyday advantages that help customers choose confidently. Guide customers through sign‑up with patience, ensuring each step is understood and aligned with their expectations. Stay connected with interested customers through friendly check‑ins that move the sales process forward effectively. Tailor your sales strategy to reflect community needs, ensuring sales conversations stay relevant and respectful. Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Agent A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Patient and attentive when explaining mobile plans and service benefits. Determined and consistent in working toward personal and team sales targets. Adaptable communicator who adjusts to different customer backgrounds and needs.
Pay:
$3,400.00 - $5,300.00 per month
