We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team in a key leadership-track role. This position combines sales, styling, customer relationships, and boutique operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys both working with customers and handling the behind-the-scenes details that keep a successful boutique running smoothly. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term career opportunity and is interested in growing into increased leadership responsibilities over time. Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience Provide exceptional customer service and styling assistance Build and maintain strong customer relationships Assist customers with wardrobe building and personalized styling Support sales goals through outstanding service Maintain product knowledge and assist with merchandising Boutique Operations Communicate with vendors regarding orders, returns, and product concerns Process and manage Return Authorizations (RAs) Assist with inventory management and special orders Support online order fulfillment Help maintain accurate records and operational systems Assist with merchandising and visual presentation Leadership & Administrative Support Assist with employee scheduling Support onboarding and training of new team members Help identify and solve day-to-day operational challenges Work closely with ownership on boutique projects and initiatives Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through independently Qualifications Previous retail, sales, customer service, administrative, or management experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable learning new technology and retail systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Saturday availability required Our Ideal Candidate You are: Dependable and self-motivated A strong communicator Comfortable taking initiative Organized and detail-oriented Interested in growing with a locally owned business Looking for a long-term career opportunity Someone who enjoys both people and processes Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discount Consistent daytime retail hours Closed Sundays Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement and leadership growth Interested?
