Internet Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for businesses, offering tech based solutions, creating service awareness in the area, answering questions, and providing a positive customer experience Work with business owners to manage their business accounts and set up sales orders for new internet or wireless products Identifying opportunities to expand businesses product and service knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized service and tailored solutions Stay up-to-date on product offerings in the area to customers, industry service trends, and company promotions to effectively communicate with customers and offer the best solutions. Present accurate account information to AT&T so that delivery is seamless and installation tech set ups are completed if needed Connect with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance and customer experience.
