We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (Mandarin/English) Business & Sales Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, business operations, and marketing within a growing company. You will work directly with company leadership and play an important role in supporting customers, developing business relationships, and helping drive company growth. Responsibilities Maintain communication with existing customers and assist with customer relationship management Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and general support Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and sales support materials Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse staff, vendors, and management Support customer visits, meetings, and business development activities Help identify potential contractors, glass shops, distributors, and business opportunities Maintain organized customer records and assist with order tracking Monitor online inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members Assist with social media communication, content coordination, and marketing support Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, sales support, marketing, or business operations Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication Experience in construction, building materials, glass, hardware, or related industries is a plus What We Offer Direct exposure to business owners and company decision-making Hands-on experience across sales, customer relations, marketing, and operations Opportunity to grow with a rapidly developing company Valuable experience in the building materials and construction industry Career advancement opportunities for high-performing team members Future employment sponsorship opportunities may be available for exceptional candidates
