Job Description

SB Inc. is a leading provider of AT&T Fiber services, bringing fast, reliable internet directly to residential customers in Delano, CA. We are looking for a professional who excels in sales and customer service to join our team and help local households get connected. This role combines customer service excellence with results-driven sales performance. As a AT&T Sales Assistant, you will deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales of AT&T Fiber to residential customers.
AT&T Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions Identify opportunities to increase sales through effective communication and relationship building Educate customers on AT&T Fiber products and support sales conversions Maintain consistent customer service standards throughout the customer journey Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales or customer service Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills Confidence in sales presentations and closing techniques Ability to balance customer service with sales objectives
