Job Description

Sales Telecom Partners, a sales and development firm, is looking to hire a full-time AT&T Sales Agent to help our San Diego office, with one of the fastest internet solutions available. This is a face-to-face, customer-facing sales role focused on helping customers choose AT&T Fiber internet and wireless services based on their needs. You'll connect with customers, present AT&T Fiber's options, and guide them through available plans. This role is designed for individuals who want to start a career in sales with structured training, hands-on experience, and performance-based growth opportunities. As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will receive full training on AT&T Fiber products, customer conversations, and sales processes. You will help customers understand fiber internet in simple terms and support them in selecting the right plan for their household or business. Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Agent As an, meet customers face-to-face to offer internet packages or upgrades through sales conversations and position AT&T Fiber as the ultimate high-performance solution. Engage in direct sales conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plans. Offer consistent support to guide customers toward the best-fitting AT&T Fiber plans based on their unique usage and budget. Utilize smart sales engagement methods to emphasize AT&T Fiber advantages while achieving and exceeding key targets. As an AT&T Sales Agent, guide customers smoothly from initial interest to full activation, ensuring complete satisfaction with their AT&T Fiber experience. As an AT&T Sales Agent, highlight the practical benefits of AT&T Fiber, making high-speed, reliable internet feel approachable and attainable for every customer.
