Position Summary:

This position involves supporting sales personnel, greeting walk-in customers and handling phone calls.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide sales, application, and order support to sales personnel Place and track orders Provide order updates to customers and schedule deliveries Prepare submittals, quotes and freight claims Maintain job quotes Handle phone calls and walk in customers Attend sales and vendor meetings Interact with order entry and other required departments

Critical Knowledge and Skills:

Accuracy and analytical skills Exceptional communication skills Work effectively with customers and fellow employees Detail oriented Multitasking and organizational skills with problem solving capabilities Ability to exercise good judgment and planning Work independently with minimal supervision in fast paced work environment Research solutions using HVAC systems knowledge, manufacturer software, product guides, catalogs and literature Literate in Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge of applicable software (Sage, HVAC Partners, vendor websites) is preferred but not required Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Education and Experience:
