We are looking for a qualified sales assistant to perform a support role, participate in our sales team and assist with processing daily activities, and also will work closely with the sales team members and purchasing team in assisting with customer requirements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a wide range of responsibilities, include assisting with order processing, providing high quality of customer service, and good communication with other departments. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Receptionist
  • Data Entry
  • Sales Support & Order Processing
  • Customer Relationship & Service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in sales or customer support
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Great attitude and proactive work style
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without constant supervision
  • Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus
  • Computer proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, & Power Point
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Understanding of the computer and industrial networking industry, its terminology, and professional environment
  • Must have legal status to work in the country
