Compensation:

$165,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Commercial Lead Generation Commercial lead follow-up CRM and database mastery Follow the plan Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals

Qualifications:
