Entry Level Assistant Manager:
Help new customers directly through the enrollment process with confidence and care Explain service options and guide clients toward the best-fit plans Represent top telecommunications brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Participate in team huddles focused on growth, sales techniques, and communication skills Learn how to assess customer needs and recommend solutions that deliver value Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Bring a positive attitude to daily team collaboration and outreach events Support local sales initiatives and community-facing enrollment campaigns
